It is possible to add so-called additional parameters in the web GUI ( Chapter 22, Sandboxes - Server Side Job Files) for the selected graph or for all graphs in the selected sandbox. See details in Job Config Properties.

The execute graph task may be triggered by a schedule, graph event listener, or file event listener. The task editor allows you to specify key=value pairs which are passed to the executed graph.
